• Presidio hosts multiple festivals during the year, including The Texas Dark Skies Festival And Dude Of The Dead Music Festival in October. There is also an art festival each year.
• An easy drive across the International Bridge in Presidio, Ojinaga, Mexico (OJ) welcomes visitors with a variety of excellent restaurants and shops. OJ is a safe place to visit Mexico with a casual atmosphere.
• The area around the tracts is slightly sloping to the southwest with views of mountains in all directions.
• The area is sparsely vegetated with low lying bushes with some trees in along drainages.

From Presidio at the intersection of US Highway 67 and O’Reilly Street in west Presidio, go North on US Highway 67 for approximately 10 miles. Turn left (west) on Coleman Road. Continue on Coleman Road approximately 4.2 miles. The eastern edge of the tracts is just west of the road by approximately 1,000 feet.
Sec 99, Blk 1 Directions:
From Presidio at the intersection of US Highway 67 and O’Reilly Street in west Presidio, go North on US Highway 67 for approximately 10 miles. Turn left (west) on Coleman Road. Continue on Coleman Road approximately 3.3 miles. Turn right (northerly) at an unnamed road. Continue on that road for approximately 0.7 miles. The eastern tract is 0.33 miles (1,700 feet) to the west.
